Studio is Lookin Good!

Painting... Done. Flooring..... Done. Ceiling tiles.... Done. Back drop and lights are set. Last week was great! We attended the MNPPA (Minnesota Professional Photographers Association) Winter Tech Camp in St Cloud Feb. 14 & 15. Met a lot of friendly and helpful people, mostly other photographers from Minnesota. We also made contacts with printing and framing companies. They were pretty excited to hear I have a studio with empty walls. They are going to help with filling them up with my images and some pretty unique frames. I also got my BIG Mac Pro from the friendly FedEx man. He is better than Santa.

Thank the lord for Todd, Hippe, and Dad. My studio is up and rocking.

Painting the new studio area

Today Todd and I painted the new area for the studio. Mostly Todd painted and I just got in the way and created more damage than good. I painted my name in the wall and I guess you shouldn't do that because it leaves lines hahah! I'm excited to see what it will look like after putting the hard wood floors in. *By the way.... I used a fisheye lens... Makes that bubble effect. I don't really have round walls!

Brent's Castle

My Brother (Brent) has been busy building his castle. It's actually a shed with living space that he will be living in for a few years before he builds a house on the hill behind it. He won't be moving too far being that its only a few miles from our parents house and about 5 miles from Glenwood. For a 23 year old it's pretty cool, and I think his color scheme is pretty funny - brown, tan, black. Absolutely everything is brown, tan, black. EVERYTHING. hahaha I make fun out of it, but it just might look good in the end. I will post updates as they come along.

Over Looks Lake Minnewaska. Also a lot of deer and wild turkeys running around the area!! Maybe even Bears Hahahah
